Affiliate Terms

Effective November 3, 2026. These terms govern participation in the HydraLabs affiliate program. Questions: support@hydralabs.ai.

Participation and referral links

Use a verified HydraLabs account, accept these terms, and complete the Creem invitation and any required approval. Your Account → Affiliates page shows your confirmed membership and personal referral link. Creating an account alone does not guarantee program approval or a payout.

Attribution

A valid referral link records the first eligible referral for 30 days using a first-party cookie. The referral is associated with the purchasing workspace when the buyer signs in and selects that workspace. A later link does not replace an existing valid attribution. Cookie blocking, expiration, an existing attribution or a different account can prevent attribution. We do not promise attribution without a verified record.

Commission

The commission rate is 50% of the eligible sale commission base. Eligible products are API credit purchases and desktop subscriptions. API commission is earned on the credit purchase, not again when tokens are consumed. Free credits, administrative grants, taxes, self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. Creem determines its commission base, platform fees, rounding, approval, subscription renewal attribution and payout eligibility. A 50% rate does not mean half of the buyer’s tax-inclusive checkout total.

Confirmation, reversals and payouts

Pending, approved and paid are different states. Only confirmed provider records are shown as paid. Creem administers commissions and payouts for Creem checkout sales, including identity verification, supported payout methods, minimum balances, holding periods and adjustments. Crypto payments, when explicitly offered, use a separate ledger and payout process; they do not create a Creem payout balance. No transfer is promised before the relevant payment and commission are verified. Refunds, disputes, duplicate payments and abuse may place commission on hold or require a reversal.

Promotion rules

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Describe Neurion accurately; do not invent performance results, impersonate HydraLabs, send unsolicited bulk messages, use deceptive redirects, place tracking without consent, purchase through your own link, create duplicate accounts to earn commission or claim an official partnership beyond your approved affiliate membership. You are responsible for applicable advertising and tax obligations.

Program changes and suspension

HydraLabs may suspend participation for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms and may update the program prospectively. Changes will not retroactively erase legitimately earned, confirmed commission, subject to refunds, disputes and correction of errors. We may request information necessary to investigate attribution or payout issues. Account data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
