Check the format and extraction result
Neurion accepts supported text documents, PDF and DOCX files, and PNG, JPEG, and WebP images as task context. Document indexing extracts text and supports English and Turkish OCR for scanned PDF content.
Text extraction and OCR do not reproduce every page visually. Handwriting, poor scans, diagrams, tables, unusual layouts, encrypted files, or damaged files can leave information missing or inaccurate. Compare important extracted details with the original.
Local attachment limits
- Documents and pasted-text files: up to 256 MiB per file.
- All local attachments in one message: up to 1 GiB combined.
- Images: up to 20 images per message, up to 20 MiB per image.
These are local acceptance limits, not the amount sent in one model request. Documents are indexed locally and relevant passages are selected for the task. Image analysis uses bounded analysis copies. Accepting a file does not mean that every byte, page, or pixel is included in one response.
When a file or message exceeds a limit
Neurion rejects an attachment selection when a file, image count, or combined message exceeds the applicable limit. Remove unnecessary attachments, split the material into separate tasks, or use a smaller file. Check the attachments shown before sending; do not assume an oversized selection was partially attached.
A file within the size limit can still fail because of its structure, encryption, damage, extraction limits, or available resources. Size acceptance does not guarantee that every document can be decoded.
Identify the part that matters
- Check that the file is attached to the intended conversation and indexing has completed.
- Identify the relevant page, heading, table, figure, or section.
- Ask for source locations and a clear statement of what was read.
- For an essential diagram or scan, provide a clear image of that part or a corrected text excerpt.
Use targeted questions or a section-by-section review for large documents. An answer based on selected passages is not a complete audit of the attachment.
Local storage and online processing
Attachment snapshots and extracted document material stay in the local desktop task. Content needed for an AI or connected-tool operation is processed by the relevant online service. A local file limit does not make the task fully offline.
Attach only material you have the right to use. Remove credentials and unnecessary personal information first.
Find and keep outputs
Open the files, reports, and artifacts referenced in the conversation. A displayed preview and an exported file are different results. Check the saved file before sharing or using it.
Back up important local outputs. Account export excludes local conversation bodies and files on your computer. Signing in elsewhere does not transfer them.
