Sign in & connect

Connect the correct account and workspace to your desktop application.

Start sign-in from Neurion

  1. Open Neurion and select the sign-in action.
  2. Continue in the browser window opened by the application.
  3. Sign in or create your account using an available email or Google sign-in option. Complete the verification requested by that provider.
  4. Review the desktop connection request using the account you intend to connect.
  5. Return to Neurion and check that the desktop displays the connected account.

The website and desktop have separate session states. Signing in to the website alone does not connect an unrelated desktop request. Keep the original Neurion sign-in attempt open until the connection finishes.

Confirm the connection

Use the account shown inside Neurion as the connection result. A browser tab reaching a callback page is not sufficient if the application still reports an unconfirmed or expired connection.

If you cancel the request, close its original application window, or let it expire, cancel that attempt and begin a fresh sign-in from Neurion. Do not reuse a callback link from an earlier attempt.

After purchasing a plan in the browser, return to Neurion so it can refresh the account state. If payment is still pending, check the existing transaction in Billing before starting another purchase.

Manage account, workspace, and device access

Use your web account to manage profile and security settings, select a workspace, review Billing and Usage, and inspect connected devices and browser sessions. Check the selected workspace when the plan or usage shown is different from what you expect.

Revoking a device removes that device’s connected access. Signing out ends the current session. Neither action is the same as deleting your account, canceling a paid subscription, or erasing local project files.

Local conversation history belongs to the device and signed-in account context. The same account on a second computer does not automatically receive the first computer’s conversations or artifacts.

If account checks fail temporarily, retry the account refresh. A failed check does not establish that your paid plan is absent.
