Understand model access, shared usage, and your workspace’s subscription period.

Choose a plan for your work
Core, Security, Pro, and Max are monthly single-user plans. Every plan includes Neurion Flash, Neurion Pro, and CyberBot. Plans differ in shared usage capacity; the Pricing page and your account show the current plan details.
The Pricing page and checkout show the current price, eligible first-month offer, and regular renewal price. The first-month discount applies once to each eligible workspace’s first successfully paid subscription.
Each workspace has its own subscription and usage state. Unused allowance in one workspace is not pooled with another workspace or transferred automatically.
A task is more than a message count
Usage depends on the selected model, context, response length, and work performed. Tool continuations and managed child agents contribute to the same task’s usage. Starting a new conversation does not reset the workspace allowance.
The service reserves allowance for work in progress and reconciles it against verified operation records. A reservation is different from confirmed consumption. Failed or canceled work can still have consumed resources before it stopped.
If a result or cost is uncertain, the record remains pending until it is verified. Do not interpret a pending amount as a second purchase or repeat the original consequential action just to refresh the display.
Read your account state
Use desktop Settings or the web account’s Usage page to review the selected workspace’s current allowance, confirmed use, reservations for active work, and renewal or reset date. Limits are dynamic and the current account view is authoritative for your access.
Periodic allowance follows the paid subscription period. A calendar-month change does not by itself reset usage, and unused allowance does not carry into a later paid period.
Manage billing from the selected workspace’s Billing page. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund an existing payment. Both upgrades and downgrades are unavailable during the discounted first paid period.
After that restricted period, an eligible upgrade applies after the required payment is verified. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Review the effective date, price, and confirmation shown before submitting a change.
If the account view cannot load, retry it. An unavailable balance is not evidence that you have no plan or zero remaining allowance.
Distinguish model, plan, and mode
Neurion Pro is a model. Pro is a subscription plan. Ultra is an orchestration mode. These names describe different controls and are not interchangeable.
A model being included in your plan does not create an independent token balance for it. Included models and managed agents use the workspace’s shared allowance. Refer to the Terms for subscription, payment, and usage conditions.
