Review account access
Open Account → Devices to see Devices & sessions. Desktop devices lists authorized Neurion installations and their displayed version and authentication status. Browser sessions lists web sessions and identifies the current one.
Revoke a desktop device
- Find the desktop device that should no longer use the account.
- Select Revoke access.
- Check that the device displays Revoked or Access revoked.
A revoked installation must reconnect through a fresh authorized desktop sign-in before it can use account services again. Revocation does not remotely erase files, conversation history, or reports on that computer.
Sign out another browser session
Under Browser sessions, use Sign out for another active session. The current session is marked separately. If a device or session result is unavailable, refresh rather than assuming no access exists.
Web sessions and desktop authorizations are managed separately. Signing out a browser is not proof that a desktop device was revoked.
If access is unfamiliar
Revoke unfamiliar access, review your account’s sign-in methods through secure account settings, and contact support@hydralabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share passwords, session tokens, or verification codes with support.
Revoking devices or sessions does not cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Account deletion is a separate account-wide action.
