Select the workspace for your task
Use the workspace selector in Account to choose a workspace you can access. If you do not have one, use Create workspace or the workspace setup action shown on the page. Wait for the workspace to load before acting on its billing or data.
When switching accounts or workspaces, confirm the displayed identity and workspace name. An unavailable, unconfirmed, or loading state is not permission to reuse another workspace’s records.
Billing and allowance stay separate
Each workspace has its own subscription, usage allowance, transaction records, and first-subscription discount history. Allowance does not transfer automatically, pool across workspaces, or multiply per conversation.
The first-month discount applies once to an eligible workspace’s first successfully paid subscription. Another workspace is assessed against its own history. Standard plans are single-user and do not include shared seats or team invitations.
A workspace is different from a local project
A billing workspace selects account entitlements and supported server records. A project selects files on a computer. Selecting another workspace does not automatically copy project files or move local conversations.
Signing in on another device does not synchronize desktop conversation history. Keep local backups and provide the context needed by each task.
Exports and account deletion
Select the intended workspace before preparing an account export. The export identifies its scope and excludes local conversation bodies. Changing context clears a prepared temporary download.
Account deletion applies to the whole account and access to all its workspaces. It is not a shortcut for removing only one workspace. Review the account-wide confirmation before proceeding.
