Choose a plan for the correct workspace
Core, Security, Pro, and Max are monthly, single-user subscriptions. Pricing describes the plans. Before confirming a purchase, review the plan, first payment, renewal price, billing period, and taxes shown at checkout.
Open Account → Billing for the selected workspace. Choose plan begins an available checkout; Manage billing opens the secure portal for an existing subscription. Returning from checkout does not prove that payment or access has been confirmed.
Each workspace has separate billing
Each workspace has its own subscription, first-subscription history, usage allowance, and transaction records. Select the intended workspace before purchasing or reviewing usage. An allowance is not pooled across workspaces or multiplied by opening another conversation.
Standard plans are single-user. Creating another workspace does not add team seats or account-sharing rights.
First-month pricing
An eligible workspace receives the first-month discount on its first successfully paid subscription. Only the first paid period is discounted; renewals use the regular price disclosed before purchase.
Cancellation, a refund, or resubscription does not reset that workspace’s history. A failed or unpaid attempt does not consume eligibility by itself. A different workspace is assessed against its own history.
What uses your allowance
Model choice, context size, response length, and tool work affect usage. Managed child agents share the task’s workspace accounting. Your current limits appear in the application or Account → Usage; a subscription does not guarantee a fixed number of messages, tasks, or tokens.
Allowance belongs to the paid subscription period, rather than the calendar month. Unused periodic allowance does not carry over, accumulate, or become withdrawable cash.
Reserved usage and confirmed consumption
A task can reserve usage before its final consumption is known. A reservation is separate from settled consumption. A failed, canceled, or partial task can already have consumed resources; the final record is based on verified activity.
An uncertain outcome or cost remains pending while it is reconciled. Repeated notifications must not add another allowance or charge for the same operation. Check uncertain external actions before repeating them.
Renewal and failed payment
Monthly subscriptions renew under the arrangements shown at purchase unless canceled. Creem is Merchant of Record for Creem purchases and handles collection, the relevant invoice, and indirect taxes. HydraLabs provides Neurion and product support.
Access for a new paid period opens after payment verification. A failed collection or pending verification does not activate a new allowance. Use Manage billing to review your payment method and subscription status, then refresh Billing.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades are blocked throughout the discounted first paid period. Billing shows Available after first month and the eligibility date when this restriction applies.
After that period, eligible upgrades use the price difference for the remaining time and take effect after verified payment. Eligible downgrades are scheduled for the end of the period. Consumed and reserved usage is preserved. Check the amount, target plan, and effective date before confirming a change.
Cancellation and refunds are separate
Normal cancellation stops automatic renewal while preserving access through the paid period, subject to remaining allowance. It does not automatically issue a refund. Signing out or uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription.
Send refund requests to support@hydralabs.ai with your account email and transaction details. Requests are reviewed against the purchase conditions and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force; unused allowance alone does not create a cash withdrawal right. Read the separate cancellation and refund guides for the full steps.
A usage value is missing or looks different
Refresh Account → Usage for the selected workspace. An unavailable or stale value is not zero. Settled AI token activity contains confirmed token ledger entries; it is not an invoice or a complete monetary, search, or tool history.
If a payment or plan change is unconfirmed, use the existing status check before starting another transaction. Contact support with the account email, workspace, transaction reference, date, amount, and visible mismatch. Exclude payment credentials and verification codes.
